Nvidia 460
8 gb Ram
And it is really, really jumpy. I can run Battlefield 3 with the settings all the way up no problems at all, same with World of Warcraft and Rift, but this game keeps freezing on me, what should I do?

It's not the computer. Are you using a crazy amount of mods or a high quality texture pack?

Try a different server.

Turn the Fog up in the options to a smaller render distance so minecraft doesn't have to load huge chunks every time you look around.

Hi guys, im a guy who recently turned 18 and 5'8 tall. do u think its possible to grow more my mom is 5' tall and dad is 6', my mom said my dad reached his final height around his 22nd birthday and i dont think ive ever had a proper growth spurt, ive been growing extremley gradually at 14 i was 5'4, 15 – 5'5, 16 – 5'6, 17 – 5'7, late growth spurt maybe? , ive got hair everywhere n its just my side burns thats need shaving like every 2 weeks other than that im still pretty baby face , what do you guys think?

It probably does make her feel like you don't trust her with your assets. You trust her to be your partner for life but when it comes to the money she is not that important to you? This is how she is looking at it. Not to mention, what if, after years of marriage you cheat or you quit on her. Is it really fair to say after all the years of loyalty you get nothing!

You are making her feel belittled with this pre-nup. If you really feel she is in it for the money, don't marry her.

On principle she is saying no as it very often is an issue of trust which does not

If you know her you would understand this
Compromise and let her make some decisions as part of the pre nup so both of you are looked after

Change your assets, business, home, etc…to another person's name, this way she will not have any legal right to it when she decides to divorce you. Consult an attorney and should you consider getting life insurance, you can assign her as beneficiary and after she sees the policy, go ahead and change the beneficiary.I don't like her refusal to signa pre-nup.If she is after your money, then you have the right to protect what you have worked for.

Pre Nups are are good idea – to protect both sides in the marriage.
In the agreement, you don't have to put "everything that is mine is mine, everything that is yours is yours" – it is more of an agreement as to what to do if the marriage breaks down. For example, if you have a house PRIOR to getting married, and all money to pay for the mortgage etc came from you (ie she had no payments towards it) then it should rightfully remain yours. However, if there is still a mortgage on the home, and she makes payments towards it once you are married, she should have the right to claim back that percentage of the ownership.

The only way to sort this out is to see a lawyer. If she is absolutely refusing to sign one, sit down with her and CALMLY ask why she does not wish to sign it…don't get in to arguements over it, but you may wish to make it a condition of marriage. If she don't sign, you don't marry her – you may wish to remain "engaged/dating" etc until it is worked out, or, unfortunately it may mean you do not marry her.

But ultimately, if she is absolutely refusing to sign a pre-nup, you should question why that is, and whether you are comfortable taking such a risk as loosing everything you owned prior to marrying her.

But remember…as well as protecting YOUR interests, a pre-nup should also protect HER interests. If you want to protect everything you own prior to marrying her, the pre-nup should also protect everything she owns prior to marrying you…it works both ways.

Ok, you are entitled to your opinion, as she is to hers. She has told you "no", so you have 2 options from here-

1. Don't marry a woman you can't trust and who doesn't share your views. That way you can both move on, and you can find a woman who will sign the "guarentee for a future divorce", and she can find someone who actually trusts and loves her.

2. You can explain that at this point in time you still can't trust her yo be your wife and not to make off with your assets, and would like to wait to get married until you do know for sure she won't do that.

I would have personally been deeply offended if my husband asked me to sign a pre nup. If he had, I would've left our relationship. Prenups are both a guarentee for divorce, and insulting. It not only would have been an attack on my personal character (I do not lie, cheat or steal), it also would have shown me he was not the right person for me, as he couldn't trust me. I know I wouldn't want a husband who didn't trust me. I know that when I took my vows, I meant them, or else I wouldn't have dedicated my whole life to my husband. If you feel this woman would be lying at the alter, or is a gold digger, why are you even considering marrying her?

when two people join, by law what was yours before you got together is yours: liquid and material assets: credit debt car notes house titles business loans/ etc

the house : you bought

those are should be protected, she didn't help you get these items

what you gather while you are married are joint material / liquid goods: that you would split if a divorce occurs

she takes what she came into the relationship with
you take what you went into the relationship with

what you acquire together goes into a joint bank account, joint credit/etc
all that would be split in half

the house stays under your name
the business stays under your name, the monies from the business goes into the business account under your name

simple and easy terms….

you are not trying to screw her from the gate, you are just trying to prevent getting taken from you items you built before she ever came along

if she still refuses to see the validity of your wanting to protect your hard work before she came along, there is a problem

I haven't been following the latest news and interviews on Bioshock Infinite. I was one of the few that actually thoroughly enjoyed Bioshock 2's multiplayer and invested a lot of time into it. I'm curious as to whether or not we know yet if there will be a Bioshock Infinite multiplayer component? The last I read which was several months ago was that Ken Levine had doubts about being able to pull off a unique and popular multiplayer. Has anything changed since then?

- 4-6 level 85s, mostly horde, pvp & pve.
- TONS of heirlooms
- 200k+ gold
- lower leveled toons, ranging from 55-75

dunno what else there is, i haven't played in forever and i doubt i will ever again so im debating selling it. I've had it since vanilla was released.

Ok, so i do not have a lot of money right now and im stuck with this decision now. Ive been a huge halo fan since halo 2 and i feel like i would be letting 343 down by not getting it and supporting it. But 40 dollars for new graphics, achievements, and terminals (which i could view online) Seems a little expensive when i could get 100's of hours from skyrim for $60. (i did not like oblivion that much but loved fallout 3 and put about 75 hours in to it, but skyrim looks like it will be my kind of game). so please tell me what you think, because i cant get both now. Thank you:)

I would get skyrim because it is way more fun than Halo, and has more gametime. Also because Halo Anniversary isn't nothing special just polished graphics. You might as well just wait till Halo 4 comes out, and really support them!

Yes. Halo 4 will be released around September* 2012, but isn't going to be made bu Bungie. The reason for that is because of 2 reasons. 1 is that Halo Reach would be Bungie's final Halo game, and 2 Bungie gave the rights to Halo over to Microsoft and 343 Industries (who will be making the next Halo games)
Just a fun fact as well, there WILL be a Halo 5 and a Halo 6 as well, because Halo 4 is the start of a new Halo trilogy.

Years ago I saw this movie. A widow lives in a mansion while a man is trying to drive her to madness by giving her what she believes are horrible nightmares of her dead husband who died – in a fire if I recall – coming back from the grave to haunt her. She nearly goes insane. At the end of the film she discovers the man was causing her these "nightmares", wearing a mask, etc. Can you name this films title and tell me the stars who appeared in it? I believe it was filmed in the 40's, 50's or 60's and was originally a theater release. Thank you.

Certain people are obsessed with their looks, for others it is a part of their job to look extremely gorgeous. Actors and celebrities for one are expected to shine all the time, both out in public and at home. Though they have the talent, not all have the right looks. Thus they use make-up or plastic surgery. When they want to be just normal humans and take off all the artificial additions, they go back to their average look. It is their own business and there is no need to worry about it as long as it doesn't harm anyone and I am pretty sure it does not. Cheers.
