I can spend around 500 bucks i already have a 22" LCD monitor so I'm set on that…

You can probably build your own for around that. My suggestion is not to buy something prebuilt because they are not usually very good and you can save money building your own. Especially on newegg.com.

So try looking up the pieces that you want and just get a cheap case and a descent graphics card and you may be able to run those games on more than just low settings.
